Cora, a bank focused on entrepreneurs, was in a phase of accelerated growth and needed to expand the team in practically every area.
Problem
The existing Careers page was simple, inherited from Greenhouse's default template, with no clear information hierarchy, no details about the hiring process, no space for diversity and with poorly explained benefits.
Solution
Complete rebuild of the page focused on five fronts: information hierarchy, transparency about the hiring process stages, diversity & inclusion, detailed benefits and institutional clarity about the company.
Process
We formed a task force across Design, People and Engineering, validating content and hierarchy together before structuring the final layout, keeping the Greenhouse integration for publishing job openings.
Result
New page with a human and direct hero, a navigable values section, illustrated hiring process stages, a dedicated Diversity & Inclusion area with a history of actions, and benefits organized by category.
